Sending "timed" E-keys is not working no matter what this company tells us to do... We send via email with customer creating their account 1st, which did not work. We send via cell # which sends customer ID and password, which does not work. We delete app and re-install and it does not work.
I guess returning product is the only option that would work at this time now?
I really liked this lock too, Its a shame.. I was to buy more.. But with inoperable features it has no value..
And sense we are running out of ideas, Customer service is ghosting me....
