SIFELY DEVELOPER PLATFORM PRIVACY POLICY

This Developer Platform Privacy Policy ("Developer Privacy Policy") describes how LIFYFUN LLC, doing business as Sifely ("Sifely," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Sifely Developer Platform, including the Developer Portal at developer.sifely.com and the Sifely API (collectively, the "Developer Services").
This Developer Privacy Policy supplements the Sifely Privacy Policy. For information practices not specifically addressed here, the Sifely Privacy Policy applies.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Account Information
When you log in to the Developer Portal, we access the following information from your linked Sifely account:

Account-associated device information (device count, device types)
1.2 Subscription and Billing Information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect:

Subscription plan selection and history

Billing cycle and payment status
Payment card information (card number, CVV, expiration date) is collected and processed exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Sifely never receives, stores, or has access to your full payment card details. We receive only limited payment information from Stripe, such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration date, for display purposes in the Developer Portal.
1.3 API Usage Data
We automatically collect information about your use of the API, including:

API call volume (timestamps, response codes, and call counts)

Account device count snapshots (taken daily)

Peak usage metrics within each billing cycle
1.4 API Key Records
We maintain records of API Key creation and regeneration events, including timestamps. We do not log API Key values after initial generation.
1.5 Webhook Configuration
If you configure a Webhook URL, we store the URL you provide. We do not monitor or log the content of data delivered to your Webhook endpoint after transmission.
1.6 Portal Usage Data
When you use the Developer Portal, we automatically collect:

1.7 Cancellation Feedback
If you cancel your subscription, we may collect optional feedback regarding your reason for cancellation.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not use your API usage data, device data, or billing information for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to the Developer Services.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Payment Processor (Stripe)
We share your email address, subscription selections, and usage data with Stripe to process payments, generate invoices, and manage subscriptions. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
3.2 Service Providers
We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Developer Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support), subject to confidentiality obligations.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING
The Developer Portal uses cookies and similar technologies for:

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on the Developer Portal.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair Portal functionality.
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The Developer Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Developer Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Developer Services, you consent to such transfers.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Developer Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Developer Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Developer Portal. Your continued use of the Developer Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
